. The hardest part is trying to get a flat flair to match up to the curves of the XJ. XJ's look flat until you put a flat flair up to it. A lot of time with the Dremel, just kept taking a little at a time until I got it as close as possible. When we got done I hit some of the spots with the heat gun to smooth it out and put a little bend to it.
He gianed 1 1/4" all the way around. He could run 31's with no lift, if bigger bump stops were put on.
