Why no good junk yards in CT????
« on: December 28, 2008, 05:09:23 AM »
I'm down in Maryland for a week, and I noticed my father in law is running around with two bald tires on his Ford Ranger.  On my time running errands, I ran across a pick and pull.  They have a price list with the most expensive parts are engines at $184.  They have at least 8 ford explorer 8.8's and they are listed for $25!!!!!   I pulled two tires for $30.  Sounds kind of strange that I can get a whole axle for $25, but two tires are $30.  They don't have any YJ or TJ in the lot but they had several ZJ and XJ.  The only bad part, they charged $1 for admission. ;)
1992 YJ Sahara, 4.5 Rubicon Express ED Lift, 35" BFG MT, Custom Bumpers, SYE/CV Drive Shaft, OBA, Ford 8.8 rear, 4.10 gears, tie rod flip, 1"MML/BL
2002 KJ Liberty, 2" Lift, 31" tires/DD
2002 F-150 Harley Davidson 5.4L SC
2013 Explorer Sport
2006 Harley Road King Classic
