Does anyone hav a clue on how much a new or used flywheel will cost? How hard is it to change?

Changing it is easy, just drop the tranny and t-case. Unbolt the clutch plate, recommend getting new clutch while doing this. And I would probably just have the flywheel turned at L&M, cheaper than buying a new one or a used one, because you still need to turn a used one if it is from a junk yard. Then reinstall in reverse order. If you buy a new one, looking at four to five hours, if you turn the old one, looking at two day project.
Lets go see what I can break next

I stand corrected, you only save about 20 bucks if you turn your old one and then, you don't know if it can be turned till they mic it. So I would just buy a new one from autozone for about 50 bucks. You are still looking at four to five hours of work.

I bought my first 92 for 1800, it was lifted, armored, and rusty as it gets.. the 2nd one I picked up for an even 2k,  and it was in great condition except for a rust spot here and there, only surface stuff though.  1800 isn't bad if it doesn't need any work, or is modded at all, IMHO

I would buy it so you can lift it and beat it up and not worry about it. Like I am doing with mine.

You should totally do it. Sounds like someone wants a flywheel lesson anyway.
