Home made Gas tank Skid

So after bashing in my tank and bending my pick-up, Twice! I made this up from stuff laying around!


It's 1/8" plate plug welded in the center and welded around the edges of the factory skid.



I heated and bent it on the back side for some extra strength.



The finished Product, I tested it at City Hall yesterday and so for so good!
Do you think it will survive Raush Creek???

Looks good. Glad it worked out yesterday.
1991 Samurai, 1.3 TBI, 35" KM2's, full 2 1/4" exhaust, SOA, RUF, Trail Tough Belly Skid, 5k Winch, Locked front and rear, GRS-2 transfer case gears (4.89:1 low), Built front axle with trusses, guards, gussets and birfield rings, Shrockworks gas tank skid, junk body and not much of a top.

Nothing is MR Rock Proof and if it is then patten it cuz its worth a million
