so I seem to be all set for doing the large part of the work on this thing thursday

reg: you still got that engine hoist? if I can I'd like to grab it tomorow afternoon.
thanks again for offering to lend it rocket

I think I have the rest of the tools I'll need

tenative plan it to swing the motor from the parts car tomorow evening and toss it into the back of the van, then a check on the weather report to decide weather to do the swap in the driveway thursday or load the jetta up on the dolly and drag it over to the hobby shop. either way I'm gonna take off from work right after colors and should be getting busy about 0900

what time does the hobby shop open on weekdays?

so far so good the engine came out of the parts car with a minimum of fuss, and no one has objections to me taking tomorow off so far.
shouldn't need too much help but if folks drop by I'll see that there's soda's and some kinda food.

 I'll give fair warning that if ya want to drink here I'll insist that you stay a while I get real spun up at the thought of drunk driving.

well today has been decent not moving along as fast as I'd like but moving along neverless

the engine is out of the little POS and the "new" one is set on the mounts and bolted down just have to re-connect all the bits and peices and pray that the "new" motor is in as good of shape as I was told.
anyone who cares to is still welcome to drop in we could use fresh motivation

if i can get out early enough, i will. but the ADM is in town and we still havn't discussed his C.O.C. coming up this march.

AL:

ADM= Admiral

C.O.C.= Change Of Command. old "ADM" leaves and a new "ADM" take his spot.
