major jeep decision
« on: December 08, 2011, 08:36:29 AM »
ok i got a text from my buddy who has a cj6 runs drives and stops but the body is shot and he needs to sell it or trade it off but he needs some cash now and said i got first dibs at $2k cash or trade value we trade a lot of stuff back and forth i have tried to buy this cj6 a couple of times now and have laid cash in front of him but his wife said no cause he will not ever get another but they need money i know if i give him all 3 of my jeeps i will still need to give him some money i think i know what i am going to do just cause of the rarity of the cj6 there was only about 23000 produced and i have had the chance to buy several cj5's and cj2a's and i can buy 3-4 right now but don't need them

so should i save some money and get rid of some jeeps or just pony up the cash

engine?
why only 400 for the YJ?
1982 CJ7-stock

Owning a CJ is for manly men, they allows you to do manly stuff like auto mechanics and welding and drinking beer. Manly men own CJs. Manly men do not drive hummers, they receive them.

now the basic buld plan build thread will be in a differnt spot
replace the floors and build a vintage wheeler i am going to try and dig up some old photos and build a vintage 1970's wheeler that will not ever get wheeled
