June 4th, JT 4x4 Meet and Greet
« on: June 02, 2011, 04:19:03 PM »
Event: JT4X4 Cruise Day
Location: Historic Ship NAUTILUS (SSN 571
    1 Crystal Lake Road
    Groton, CT 06340
Date: June 4, 2011
Time: 10:00 – 3:00

Please join JT4X4, South East Connecticut’s premier off-highway vehicle association, for a day of fun and sun at our next organized cruise, located at the Historic Ship NAUTILUS (SSN 571) Museum parking lot.  JT4x4's primary mission is to promote safe and responsible use of public and private land.  Originally created based on the increased demand for Off-Highway Vehicle recreation, our membership has since flourished into an active 18 member group.  We are fully active in the community serving to assist in clean-up projects and volunteer programs such as Toys-For-Tots and Relay for Life; just to name a few.  We offer safe recreation alternatives to families by introducing principals of “Tread Lightly” and safe but fun off-highway recreation for all skill levels.  JT4x4 believes through education and experience we can help expand and continue to enjoy our sport.

Everyone is welcome to attend, even if you do not own a 4x4 vehicle.  However, it is required to own a 4x4 capable vehicle to become a member of the club.  Our membership base ranges from extremely modified and capable off road vehicles to stock 4x4 vehicles.  There is something for everyone to enjoy.

I should be able to make it down there for a little while, but I won't have the Jeep since it is not legal yet. I'll probably show up in the Miata.  ;D

Sorry but no. If I rember correctly you own that sweet WRX??

I Will be there for Florida vacation & Mowhawk Weakend so hope to see you there but I will be at other meeting before Florida vacation.

Good luck on the House closing so then you can focuss on getting you rims & tires out of storage because I would not trust that RF rim on your rig over 40mph. That inner bead could peal off at any time.

I guess you could call it a sweet STi... ;-)

Tires pending, I'm trying to be at florida vacation.

All of that damage happened on the way up. I will not be running the jeep till I get the tires back. When I saw that I felt lucky it didn't blow out on me.
