i think it should have a hitch on it and wheels with some 31s, so we can tow it with a jeep, instead of having to use a pick up

The ramp should be 24" to 30" wide, this way two rigs can park on it at the same time.
A scrap yard in RI has 3" channel stock, about a 1/4" thick x 8' long for 10 bucks each,
maybe not the ideal stock to work with but all the steel we need should be around $100
he also has some other kinds of stock at similar savings. Also in Essex, CT, is a good scrap yard.
