do they make a Scotch style red? I realy miss the "Dammed Red Scotch Ale" from this little brewery over on the other coast. it was about 12% if I remember right though after all the not drinking I've done in the last couple years I'd prolly need to nurse one for a long time

there house brews are ever changing and ever rotating, they're got some really creative stuff sometimes.

I've honestly never taken their tour.

They don't bottle/keg and/or distribute, so, it's probably not all that much like a microbrewery.

Everything they brew is sold right there are the restaurant/bar.
