Why is the the time stamp on the posts almost 10 hours out of sink?

Did the math wrong.  Plus 9 hours out of sink.  That would put the site somewhere around Moscow.  I refuse to post on a Commie site!!!! >:( >:( >:(

Go to your profile and under look and layout preferences you can change the time stamp.
