I had a 2" body lift on both of my CJs. Easy to install and instant room for larger tires. I would install one on my XJ, but I'd have to install a frame first.

Pete did my SYE back in oct-nov. Rear axle swap probably saturday, & thinking about bf goodrich km2 35's. tax refund will buy the tires.

I second doing the motor mounts instead of the fan shroud relocation.  The biggest reason is so that you can do a belly skid in the future.  Its all on my list on things to do.   Highly recommend hitting all your body bolts with some penetrating fluid now, and every day until you do the body lift.  A little work now could save a lot of work latter.

yeah i got two motor mount spacers made from jks. they recommended using them w/the body lift. axle as for the gears i think i'm going to just get a bigger carrier & run open for a while & save for a selectable locker. have to get that done before the tires go on.

Those are the ones I have.  They are really easy to install.  It's a lot easier with two people, though!!!  Can't stress that enough.  Otherwise, you'll spend all day trying to line it up all by yourself.

Hey Geoff, check out the Cooper STT's.  I love them and I think they're a great part of the reason I can do what I do.  I got mine from that tire store at Flanders 4 corners.  They used to give us discounts there.

Even better are the Super Swamper TSL/SX's  Its how I can keep up w/ the tall jeeps w/ such a small lift and only rear locker.  at 6-8psi they grab and hold like crazy!

If I could have afforded them, I would have went with KM2's or Krawlers.  I do like my PJ's though, they haven't failed me yet.  Either the 35's or the 37's.
