i swung by and looked at it today.  its a bit rougher than it looks, and he doesn't have the key.  It's still probably worth $20.  I offered $15 and he said that he could sell it for $20, and since i don't 'need' it, i passed.

The guy called me back, saying he'll take $15 for it.  I have decided I don't need another tool box (i've got 4 under a shelf in my garage).  if someone wants it, i'll pick it up and you can pay me when i see you next.  call me at 808-554-8859
