Is that mileage right? 241k!?!? on a 7.3.... I know that's the best Diesel they made but isn't that kind of alot?

That is correct.
I've been told that for that engine, that's nothing, but I don't know.
I bought it with high mileage, and haven't really put a lot on it.
It runs, drives, and tows great.

I don't know any service history since before the previous owner, so I can't say what might have been done, or not done to it.

any diesel truck execpt the dammed chevy 6.2 and 6.7 motors can be expected to make half a million miles, if they don't eat the rest of the drivetrain, but I've ridden in al's and his trucks showing no sign of trouble, with the tranny, its a dammed good deal at that price for anyone who needs a heavy hauler or just anyone who insists they need to commute in a truck.
