I guess thats how it reads but not exactly what I meant.  How about if there was any surplus of netting that was going to be trashed bc it might be ripped/broken.

i did run across a few almost-hot AF girls in afganistan (though they stayed safely on the main base, only 4 months tops)

I am not sure what you are looking for but I did find these online for sale.  I too was looking for a cargo net of some type not too long ago.  Unfortunately these are the only ones that I am able to find at the moment.  I did find better ones not too long ago.
