Candid Pics of reg's YJ Rebuild
« on: December 30, 2007, 01:16:26 AM »
*grins* thought I would drop some pics I took here, for clean cut shots of fun....the rest can be seen on the club's Photobucket site.

"I like to move it move it..."

"Me and my tool"

"You want me to stick that where?!"

"When in doubt....hammer it out!"

"How many men does it take to.... ;)"

He said he had a thing with clutter....

Say cheese!

Um yeah. That's what's left after this morning's "Chopfest 2007"

the pics are not that big on the site, I believe the get scaled down automatically after you upload them.  you should batch-resize them on your pc first, before you upload them, it'll save a lot of time.  my 97 only took about 2 minutes

I used to put them uploaded as smaller sizes...but everyone got grumpy cause when they wanted copies, they weren't the full size LOL....

oh, well, unless I'm missing something, they still aren't "full size" on the site?  Am I missing some way to change that?

on Photobucket? Hmmm I don't know....I'll check it out tomorrow. Since I have always had the origs in my puter, I don't use Photobucket for anything but dropping pics for everyone else to use...lemme snoop around a bit when I have time, I'll figure it out...  ;)

if you want to retain the orginal size while storing them online, webshots.com (what i use) allows this.

Ok I figured out what it was. Apparently at some time, I compromised from everyone wanting "full size" and the small website/email size (320x420) I had been using, and went to a larger (but still not full size 8x10), 15" screen size photo (800x600). The pics were larger, yet didn't take as long as a full size 1mb file size to upload.

I guess I figured if anyone really ever wanted a full size 8x10 10.2 megapixel pic of themselves printed out, I would just shoot them one  :P LOL.

I really like flickr.

Only reason I use Photobucket is because it is "officially" where we drop all of the member's of JT4x4's pics. We needed one place to keep everyone's stuff.

I use various ones for my own personal use  ;D
