Can anyone help weld a small (4"x6"?) floor patch? My new leaf spring shackle brackets tie into the floor, but floor had disintegrated a bit

I'm doing better with welding thick steel, but have not had good luck with think stuff yet. Still learning how to weld.

I could probably drive it. 5 of 6 bolts are installed on the passenger side. The uninstalled bolt is the 2nd one that ties in the floor.
