That's crazy!  I can't wait until someone drops a hellcat into a JK!  Talk about something that would put your shaft in a twist!  After I break enough stuff where I have d60's all around and am in need of a new tranny.....then I might consider a hemi swap!

I didn't know they had another AEV conversion on the lot. They sold one a few months ago for $113k. It was a 4dr Rubicon with 37s, 6.4L Hemi, RockJock 60s at both ends with snorkel, rear swingout tire carrier, Warn 10k winch and everything else you can think of bolt on. I met the guy that bought it when I was getting the emissions tested on the Miata and he let me look at all.

It was a black one sitting next to the door. $113K are you kidding me? More money than brains for someone who will only mall crawl that thing.

The guy was in torn, stained jeans and a t-shirt, but he had money. He must be good in whatever trade he's in. He was there in his JK with his daughter. He bought his daughter a brand new VW Beetle convertible for her 16th birthday and she was leaving for her freshman year in college so he was trading in the 2-3 year old one and buying her a brand new one to go to college with.

He came across as a good old country boy that will probably take it back into the woods for fishing and hunting.

Got the 4.56's in the JK!  They are awesome!  Should have done this sooner!  Hwy speed and RPM are just about perfect at around 2500 at 70mph!  Next up....the trail test!  I am sure my clutch is already breathing a sigh of relief!

Congrats. I'm sure that makes a huge difference with the bigger tires and original gearing. Did they reset your speedo so it reads accurately or is that for you to do?

I was able to re calibrate via Bully Dog.  Damned thing is no good at adding power or fuel economy (Noob lesson learned) but it does a mighty fine job of calibrating the spedo!

Pulled the trigger on some 4.88s for the XJ. Probably get them installed in a few weeks.
