Anyone done this? Doesn't seem too hard, but rust will make it virtually impossible.

yeah, i KNOW your truck brian. i would probably find all new hard ware. no offence. it will be very hard to try to keep a lot of the hard ward if everything is a rusty as all the bed mounts.
