This would be a cool ramp for us.

It's a mix of angle iron, 3" channel and expanded metal.

                    or

Simple and cheep, if we made one kinda like this one but that broke down with a few bolts
we could move it around with out it being a trailer. $75 to a $100 bucks?

For what it's worth, after closing on my house (hopefully within the next 2 weeks) I may be able to make a pretty sizeable donation towards this project...

if you decide to make it a trailer make sure you plan on lights and fenders ect to make it legal

alll of which is listed here

Alright here's the steel I've got 2pcs that are 1-1/2"x3" and about 13'-6" long and 1pc same size but is 20' long I also have 5pcs of 2"x2" square that are 2' long. All this steel was originally aquired for an RTI ramp so please if we can use it to keep the cost down lets do it.

If I remember (and that's asking alot of my old brain) they were made so you can couple the two pieces together. that will give us a 20' base to begin with.

I also have an old two place snowmobile trailer that I could donate to the project. It should give us the axle, lighting and some other steel to use.
