Since my Jeep is a weekend wheeler only (and I'm not around that much), I have been running a bikini top, duster, windjammer combo for years.  I made my own door surrounds to close up the big gaps around the doors.  It's not water proof, and not all that warm, but not too bad.
I have a hard top and hard doors too, but they havn't been on the Jeep since 2006.  I also have a hardtop I plan to cut up and make a 1/2 hard top like a scrambler, but to fit around the roll cage.  It will need to be a 2 piece part that bolts together, and a lot of work, but it should be warmer.

them are not all that great a buddy of mine bought one and it was a bigger pita to install and it totaly removes all triangulation from the stock cage kirk wants to make one that will still allow you rock the rear half of the cage

but if he decides that he does not need the back glass from one of them hard tops i am willing to buy it i have been rocking a 3/8" piece of ply wood for two years now and it is getting old
