Looks good Al, I like the start of the paint job on the front clip.

Dude, I am SO all for a purple paint job. I think it sounds cool.

My buddy in NJ put lime green and this friggin purple that looked sooooooo sweet when he was done. He's the one we used to chase with in the Pine Barrens when I worked in NJ. These pics were from the Green Acres Jamboree.

Crazy sweet....check it out:

well, the hook is all flaking and chipped, so I figure the hood really needs to be cleaned up real good before I start the real paint job, so it seemed like the best place to start doing some swatches... :)

Purple is Angela's favorite color.  I'm hoping that if I paint it purple she'll at least like SOMETHING about my jeep. :)

Hoping to lure her into the wild in a purple jeep, and hope she doesn't notice you guys are wheeling as foreplay?!  :P ;)

no, no chance of that, just hoping that maybe if it's purple, there could be just one thing about my hobby that she doesn't hate.. :)

Actually, I love yellow, and would probably be inclined to head in that direction if there weren't so damn many yellows around here.

I like orange too, and lime green, but they didn't have either of those at the hardware store.
