As five of you know I, "Stock Guy", won the "Rock Krawler TJ Heavy Duty Tie Rod" at the Trailfest banquet. You had expressed concern that it may only be for certain heights and I may want to instead put the $99 towards another product. Could you take a look at it and let me know your opinions? I don't see any indicaton of a height restriction.

its a tie rod, it goes parallel to the ground, connecting your knuckles to each other. don't see how height would matter

i think i would use the money for hd lower control arm mounts or a hd tie rod.

I think the comment about height was that the tie rod is higher in a TJ, so the need for a HD Tie Rod is not so great.
The HD lower control arm mounts are a great idea. Also, sway bar disconnects, if you don't already have them.

Sorry Tie-Rod height confusion might be my fault thought the cert. was for a track-bar. If it were me i would pass on the tie-rod and put it towards other stuff as others already mentioned.
