bed rattles
« on: May 11, 2010, 05:25:28 PM »
For a little while I've noticed significant relitive motion between my bed and cab while driving, and its gotten progressivly worse. I've checked all the mounting bolts, but they are tight. I think it may be a broken spot weld due to the noise, but I can't locate w/o help. If someone is willing to help me a bit tonight before/after the meeting, that would rock.

I basicly need to have the bed vigorously shaken while inspecting mounting locations.

I can come out a little early. I'm leaving work early this afternoon to go pick up a zipper for my soft top (lost one this weekend) and will let the dog out for a little bit. I'll plan on being to your place around 6:15-6:30 or so.
