for not much more than the cost of the kit, you can get a np231 with the teralow and sye already installed.

Thanks for the heads up on that Al! It IS a great deal but the T-case is out of a 98 Wrangler and JD's is a 2003. He says he had issues with it. I'd be a bit concerned that something else was wrong and he is just offloading it now. I'd be more comfortable doing the work myself, too. Its going to cost us another 150 bucks for piece of mind.  ::) I need that piece of mind....
