I had a 92 which was the older body style, and it was 2wd and only a 4 banger.  I think everyone should own a Ford Ranger at some point in thier lift.

The only engone mod ours has is a drop in K&N, and it has has some power.  Your Mom might have a different drivetrain, or differnt gears, but our is quick.
