5.4L exhaust manifolds

I got about a 2 hour jumpstart on replacing the exhaust manifolds on the F250 tonight. This job is going to bring the suck. There's not a formed nut on any of the studs. Just a round mount of rust. So far I've managed to get one to loosen and ignite the kroil I've been using on the site of the engine. I put the fire out with a rag. LOL The one I did get to loosen I had use an Irwin stripped nut remover. Really wish I had a torch. I have to run an errand in the morning. Maybe I'll pick this up to see if it will help.

I should have a torch in my set of tools. Just not sure if it will be enough, or I could spend a lot more and get a better torch kit. Anybody that has torches and time this weekend I plan to work on this project all weekend through Monday.

Forget it. You need a lift and torches to have any chance at these manifolds. I'm giving up and dropping it off this week. I can get a lot more work done on the Jeep and do some other things around the house without getting myself frustrated.
