Found an awsome deal

Found a set of G2 front and rear D44's w/4.88:1's and locked on craigslist down here in houston. hes also got a NP231 w/ a short shaft kit. he wants 2750 for the front diff and 2000 for the rear diff and 350 for the t-case. if this was you trying to buy this set up, how much would you offer for this set up. he's also got the drive shafts for the set up. Owner says there is about 2k miles on the components.

 Also, what would my mileage be, comparatively. I have stock gears (i think they are 3.27:1) running 33's right now. if i got these diffs with the 4.88's and ran them with 36's, or 37's what would i be looking at, better or worse. i have looked at the gear ratio to tire size charts but I'm missing something.  also, will the 4:88's and extremely large tires screw with my transmission a lot, or will the gears accommodate for the large tires.

In my honesty opinion I would say for that kind of money u could build some one ton units with all the bells and whistles and u would never have to worry about upgrading the axles. But if ur just looking for something to bolt right in then it looks like u have found it.

That is the price if you were going to buy it new i would offer half of that just cause they are used
