So true, the squares really don't care and the roundies do tend to be the prettiest jeeps, sure they will get them dirty, but then its off to the car wash to detail, what is the point of getting dirty if you don't show it off.

Also, YJ's do the same thing as TJ's with less "Articulation" Why keep the tires on the ground it's more fun to have two on the ground and still get the job done.

Well, after my most recent breakage, I decided that I was losing to much ground, and not really getting much backup.  I can flex a lot more, but I keep breaking shit, so that kinda balances it out for me.  We may have done a triple bypass on Reg's jeeps, but at least they weren't broke before or after.  So...

Welder means, now you need a generator and you can use Jeremy's trailer and we can have a welder at the trail head. Although, I don't think I would trust stuff to sit in a trailer at a popular trail head. I guess one of us need to to make the Alt welder.

Reg make sure you have a brass drift punch when you do that rear main... anything else sucks for that job... it took 2 1/2 hours to do mine using a small screw driver that I cut the tip off of. That job sucks ingeneral... OH and wear eye protection! oil in the eyes sucks balls!

ya, been doing homework on it.  I'm going to do it at the shop when i get the chance.  it's bad, but not bad enough to still drive to work keeping a careful eye on it.  the hardest part will be taking apart the exhaust.  as long as i have it off, i'm swaping out the exhaust man.  the one on her now has an annoying crack in it between the back to 'tubes' before the collector.  ticks at high rpms.   I have neve sucessfully taken apart an exhaust without cutting the two bolts that connect the manifold to the pipe.
