Title: New things found out about TJ today
Post by: calvynandhobbs on May 01, 2010, 06:46:00 PM
My rear disc brake pads were really low so I went to Autozone looking for Ford Explorer or Grand Cherokee disc pads figuring those parts were used for the disc brake conversion and neither were the right ones. Went through some books and found that I have rear disc brake pads from a 2003-2006 TJ/LJ on my rear D44. Now the question is whether or not my rear axle is actually the original 98 that was converted to discs or if a newer D44 with 3.73 gears was installed to match the factory 3.73s that my TJ came with in 98.
