I never even knew there was another storm coming until last night. As of this morning we are looking at 18-24". Everybody make sure the gas cans are full and whatever you use to clear snow is ready to go.

Snow Wheeling!
You mean winching and who wants to play tow truck

Maybe it's time to invest in those snow tracks I've always wanted.... Just like changing a tire ;D
-
If they get what they are predicting you won't be able to wheel a flat gravel road. Every time I hear a report they make the storm bigger. This morning on the radio they said we could very likely set a new historic record for a single snow storm.

It's crazy! I'm not a weatherman but it looks like the storm is over the Atlantic and the worst part keeps moving westward right over us!

I was plotting my plowing plan last night. I want to open up the two track that goes toward the wood pile so there will be parking when I host the club meeting in March. I would be able host in February also if needed and parking is not available in front of Greg's place. I normally pile it up as only a turn around across from the barn.

oh its definitely coming down.... the samurai isnt having a single problem though.

I'm up and getting ready to go do battle with the snow

My plowing plans didn't work the way I had hoped. Working on the upper section of the driveway and clutch pedal broke. Found a roll pin and snapped so pedal was moving, but engaging the clutch at all. Fixed that and about half way through the driveway and the lift handle for the blade broke. Just fixed that and warmed up a few minutes. Heading back out now, but my plan to plow to the woodpile to provide parking doesn't look like it's going to happen. Too deep to get the tractor back there now.
George maybe you should bring them 38s over here and just packing it down. Lol

Roger my plans didn't work either, the plow on the samurai was to light lol. And I stayed up until 2 rebuilding the rear ham on it with better expectations. BUT 20+ inches of snow didn't even slow the samurai down with the plow up....
