It is 1983 Scrambler Laredo edition with a 4.2 and T-5 manual and bone stock except for the AR outlaw rims and the snow plow. It needs the floor pan replaced and one small section of the frame reinforced.
Just bought an AMC 360 out of a 1970 javelin to drop in. Currently it's a manual, debating about switching to an automatic since it was included with the motor I just bought.

Are you planning to build this to be a trail rig along with your Rubicon or is it just going to be a mall crawler? I love the sound of the big V8s, but the practical side of me says add fuel injection to the 4.2L and gear it the way you want and it will be a much more economical vehicle. Or take the drivetrain out of an XJ for the 4.0 with FI. Either way, Scramblers in that condition are getting hard to find and you'll have a blast with it.

Haven't fully decided yet, probably set up to do some wheeling with it.
