i need a new ax-15 mine is broken still after i fixed the clutch. cheap would be nice

I pulled mine and had it rebuilt for $350. It was a better price then a junkyard and it came with a warranty. I don't know of any good shops around here, but I think there is a transmission shop in Norwich on Main st down by the advance auto.

What's wrong with it? I lost all the synhcro's, grinds a little but it still shifts, been that way for over two years!

I don't remember to best ratio, but I have read that Snycromesh lube works wonders on worn ax-15's. if it is grinding because of the syncros it might be worth a google search. My brother-in-law used it in his ax-5 and he got another 20k out of his transmission.

Are you sure it's a bearing, the AX-15 is pretty stout, i had issues with the shifter locking up but it was the shifter itself. I use the Snycromesh lube and once I freed up the shifter it's holding up fine!

ill send you a video of what it sounds like after i replaced the clutch and and now it stalls when you let the clutch out
