Title: Parting out 2003 Rubicon
Post by: RnnngTrails on August 17, 2012, 03:23:32 AM
Parting out. I don't have time to try and sell whole thing anymore. Local Pickup preferred. Delivery can be arranged if within a reasonable distance. All prices are negotiable. If you don't see something listed that is obviously on a jeep, contact me. We can probably figure it out. As always, Cash is King. First come first serve. Nothing is "SOLD" until cash is in hand. Paypal add 3% to all prices to cover fees. I can be reached at 631 294 2859 or RnnngTrails@gmail.com at any time. Sad to see her go, but other obligations are taking priority right now.

I don't have time to try and sell whole thing anymore.

Parting it out will take 10x more time.

fact. BUT waiting to sell the whole thing wont get me any money in a timely fashion. once i get as much as i needed to fix my STi engine, I'm going to scrap the rest. People will buy individual parts faster than they will buy the whole SALVAGE jeep..  I already have offers on my axles/tcase/steering/hard top/doors and possibly winch and cage.. so whos to say what's actually faster...

Good luck with the part out Gary. You are correct in that more people have $1500 in their pocket for parts than $10-12k in their pocket for an entire Jeep. It will take more of your time dismantling your Jeep, but you should get money in your pockets quicker from selling parts.

Having a new baby will certainly occupy most of your time.  Cute picture.

Great pic Gary. Many of us have been through the new baby era in our lives and know how much time it takes away from everything else. Glad to see you back on the board and back to selling parts rather than having them just collect dust.
