Title: tricky drive shaft

im still looking for a new or used drive shaft.  its like no one has a stock one and i have to custom order one and thats where i have no idea what im doing. :'(

These guys are right in Montville and will build you anything you need.  I was going to use them on my build, but ended up going a different route.  If your in a pinch for something quick though, you are not going to get anything faster.  Plus, going to them you'll be supporting local buisness which keeps guys like this around when we need them most.

I've talked to them a few times.  They'll be able to answer any question you might have.

The only real reason I didn't get mine there is because of the amount of rear suspension travel I have.  I needed the CV to be ground for better clearance at higher angles.

I used Overland for my front driveshaft and I'm really happy with their product. The guy there is a really good guy.

droped off the old shaft and they are making me a new one right now.  the guy said it should be done no later than tomorrow and no shiping fee.  yay.  now im looking into geting a spair set of rims for storing my truck in Nebraska.  found 4 for 250 and they come with tires with tred left on them. ;D.  anyone want to give me a ride today to pick them up.  i will buy gas.  ;)

Just finishing this thread off.  got the drive shaft from overland drive shafts and it has been great.  it was <400 so that made me happy.  now i'm working on a skid plate to stop this from happening in the future.
