This is the basic "kit" I am using for my build. 1 ton chevy rod ends with 1.5" 1/4" wall DOM tube. I'll be running it in a full crossover, but they have options to give you the parts you need to build it however you want to.
Ask for Chase Perry there. He's seemed to be a good guy and seemed to know what he is talking about.

Here's a link to the steering I've got on my TJ. I'm running the JCR UTK 1-ton system.

now how much do these actually help? when i replaced the steering with the currie kit on my xj the only reason i noticed it was alot smoother was because my steering was completely worn out. ???
-
If there's nothing currently wrong with your steering you won't see a difference with the JCR steering. It is a replacement that is much stronger than the stock so all you are doing is preventive armoring of your steering system.

they require the knuckles to be reamed out

rusty's offroad has an over the knuckle steering upgrade but idk what that is lol

that just flips ur steering so its higher up by about 3 inches if u want to do a steering up grade due a one ton over the knuckle.

that'd b pretty beastly especially for something that as of now is gonna see alot of road in detoit. this winter i plan on putting it on a hoise and doing an undercoating and then spray painting the axle tubes and possibly a few other parts for $hits and giggles.

hoise
wtf i will leave that alone as well

Are you having death wobble issues of any sort? I run the OffRoad Only.com U-steer kit. I had to modify it a bit but it's worked out pretty nice scince i got it on. No more Death Wobble!! I also run a FOX stabilizer, which is beafy itself.
-
i have no death wobble what so ever ;D i just wanna upgrade the steering because it's getting worn out
-
$200.00 bucks and you can build your own with 1.5" DOM and 7/8" one ton Chevy rod ends. Just saying, its hard to beat that set up especially for the money.
Even if you don't think you need it now, you never know about later.
-
That is definitely the cheaper route.

thnx guys. gonna look into it once i get settled back home. i've gotta get the jeep winterized. this will b her first winter and she's not really liking her time off island right now
