				Fit probably.  Do you want this version of the Dana 44, no!.  The CG D44 used an aluminum center section that will crack under any moderate use.  There was a few episodes of Trucks on Spike that they upgraded a CG with that axle because of the alluminum center section.

				I agree with Kirk. The D44s in grands were designated as a D44a for aluminum. That won't give you much, if any upgrade to your D35 for offroad use.

				This would take a bit of fab work and a few bucks to make work but is a good deal.

Tecnically tj are soa for the price think it's worth a call to be sure
