Hi Everyone!

So we have decided to have the meeting/BBQ at Noon on the 10th. As previously mentioned we will supply the venison, hotdogs, burgers and the buns and the condiments

We already have someone bringing tato salad, Big Cake...Yes Big Cake :-), plates, cups, utensils and possibly hot cookies.....

If anyone would like to add to this just post here.  Typically picnic food would be perfect. You may want to bring some chairs, we have some but not sure if it will be enough.

If anyone needs directions, just PM us and we will get them to you.

Everything will start at noon. When we get done eating we can have the meeting and then go back to eating again. I'll be there and I'm going to make a batch of my cookies this week.

i will be there, might have my wife with me too, for a bit anyway, she has to go to work after... not sure what time ;D

My son has a Cub Scout nature hike from 10am to noon.  I should make it around 1300.

I'll be there for an hour or so, then I gotta head to Southbury for a friends wedding. He has a trail ready TJ, so this is excusable. lol
