Title: WTB Cheap Stock Wheels/ Tires
Post by: kirksjeep on April 29, 2009, 01:52:01 AM
I'm looking for some stock Jeep wheels/ tires to use on my trailer.  Looking for tires in the 205 or 215 size, don't need a lot of tread, just no plugs.  Rims don't have to be much either, would prefer the 15x6 steelies, but I'm not picky, 5 on 4.5 YJ,TJ, XJ, ZJ bolt pattern.  What do you have, and how much?  Work a deal like, you can use my trailer any time you need it???? ;D

Thanks Duece, but I think those would have been to tall.

The ones I picked up are a 60 series tire on 15" rims and they barely fit, but the do fit.  The rims I picked up have a lot of backspacing, and stick out about 1.5" from the fenders, but I'm ok with that.  The rims look like they would have been perfect on a mid 90's Monty Carlo ;D.

Alright Kirk I guess they would be kinda large for a trailer, just figured I needed to get rid of them anyhow. You  should lift your trailer and run 33 in muds. we could even trim the fenders so you can flex it. lol

They would look better on the Mid 80's.  My Mom drives 99 Monty- and I can't see my Mom sporting these wheels. ;D
