While I was working on JD's Jeep on Saturday, I noticed her t-case skid is pretty mangled, with a fairly high arch right at the front of the skid, which looks like it may have raised the t-case almost an inch. If anyone has one laying around that isn't thrashed like ours, I'll look to take it off your hands. I know I'll be hard pressed to find one but it's worth a try... PM Me...

Free or not, N Hartford is just a bit too far. Ours isn't broken, just beat up pretty bad.

thats about 17-20 min from my job (north). If you want to make a deal w/ transport and the hi-lift mount (PM me w/ your offer :) ) I could possibly pick it up today after work or next week Monday. Or if he can meet near the airport. . .

Thanks for the offer to go grab them Jeremy but reading two posts down from the ad, someone claimed the skid already. Thanks again though! I think I'm just going to make my own when I get to MS. JD and I are about to seal the deal on renting a house with a 20'x20' shop in the backyard. I'll be building all kinds of stuff!!

thats a big shop! how tall is the cealing? if it's low, get a Max Jax (http://www.maxjaxusa.com/). I'm going to!

The usable ceiling is probably about 10 foot. There is a big garage door on the end and the roof is pitched so in the middle, maybe 12' or 14'. Either way, it's a rental so the lift is out of the question. I am however, going to be doing some more fab work. I'm also about to get a Plasma cutter from the Mom-in-law (she works as a distributor for Praxair and "earns" free equipment!) Hypertherm30 is on the way soon... ;D

The lift i linked to above could be used, just when you move, fill in the anchor holes and no one is the wiser!
