My wife and I finally got the bank to accept our offer on a great little colonial in plainville. it's 3 bedroom 1 bath 1300 sq with gorgeous hard wood floor through out and a nice little slice of suburbia backyard with a picket fence bla bla bla....well there go the major jeep plans for a while, going to just have to wheel the zj i guess. I'm a little dissapointed that i only have a single car garage, but on the better side, it has a 12 foot ceiling and 9 foot door already!!

Congrats!

Congrats. The garage may not be huge, but at least you have a garage with the main ingredients for working on a vehicle.

that park that stinks is after i get all of my equipment there i may not have room to put anything in the garage. i'm going to cut a hole in the back of the shed and move it against the garage. for a tool room

when you getting a 2-post lift?
have to measure i already own one. i just need to make sure the garage will be wide enough and the cement is thick enough. if it won't fit then i'll have to get the mid rise for now and save the 2 post for when i build when the home market gets better and i can re-finance

If you ever see another one that cheap let me know. I built my garage with the intentions of adding a lift in the future. I have vaulted ceilings and the concrete in the one bay is 6 inches thick.
