Anybody have any problems with them? I was on their website looking at a front axle rebuild kit. %15 off instant savings online. I called them to place the order so I could use our club account id for the %10 discount. So i get on the phone with the girl, she asks if i'm a first time customer, i say no & i give her the part # & shipping info which she said they didn't have even though i ordered my onboard air through them a few months ago. Now the regular price is about $79, but on the internet disount it's 67 + $12 for s&h. I tell her i'm in a club & try to give her our club id & she says it would have shown up but she "would add the disount today anyway", & then proceeds to give me a grand total of $91 after she says a discount. WTF?

Wierd.  I have never had any issues with them.  You should have canceled the transaction and called to get someone else.  Maybe she's new.

I've always placed orders online and never tried to add any other discounts than the ones I found from their website.  I recommend you send them an email explaining your problem.

I've been dealing w/ Heidi in Customer Service the last few days in search of my tie rod. It's here now, but every day she was on the phone w/ the company it was coming from and then me to let me know how it's going. I'd call her.
