The link didn't work for me so I went and searched and found a park and forest survey. Hope that was the one...LOL

I found a lot of surverys....which one are we taking??

Thanks, Paul.  I found the one we're looking for.

Be sure to use the "Other" line in each area and put in "Off Highway Vehicle" for the item.  When you get done, follow the instructions for sending it to the DEP.  It looks like you will have to print and mail it in.  I really hope some of us here will take the time to do it and mail it in.

I can mail extra's with your name on it if you want.  At home survey taking.  I did this through yahoo also.  And I became a "Google Millionare" this week.  It's amazing what you'll respond to when your bored.  Kids slept 3 hours today, and laundry and disheswere done last night.  Boredome SUCKS!!!
