As you can read from the "News: Extra Extra Read All About It" from above. my lift kit is here. Its sitting in my house waiting to be put on the "baby Jeep". Ill be on travel all this coming week and the weekend after coming back is bad well cause its bad. So looks like the lift will go on Sat Feb 9th. I will be doing it at the hobby shop on base. Starting as early as possible. I will buy lunch for anybody who wants to come out and help.
-
Congrats! Sorry I can't help. Friday night I bought tickets for Monster Jam for the 9th.
-
I don't know what I have planned that weekend, but if I can help, I will.
-
Bear with me, I am new.
What do you drive? Just wondering so I know what I may be getting myself into. ;D
-
*tear, sniff, sniff* The all grow up so fast, why can't they all just stay babies?
-
I am sure Scott will be able to help as long it's on Saturday. I have classes on Sunday, and though the girls have gone to many of their shares of wrench fests, I am not sure Scott will want to keep em in line AND wrench LOL.
I'll let him know though, and put you on the calander for Feb 9th.
****EDIT there is a club run wheeling event scheduled for Feb 9th. Please check the calander and events scheduling. ;) We'll be going on the wheeling trip, sorry Rich!

Oz and Mike thanks as well...
See you guys this weekend. I fly back in on a red eye this friday night.
-
wish I could wrench and wheel both that day, any chance there will be a thing or two I could drop in and help ya with on the way back?
-
glad to help
-
i am fully out for both, i have a 15 person CO's/ CAPT/ ADM hail and farewell lunch and dinner.
-
Well....It happened all so fast and last minute but the baby jeep is now lifted. I know I didnt call everybody or post anything but it was last minute....wife gave me some free time and I called a few guys and made it happen. Took us about 4-5 hours.....had to cut one bolt and that was only because it wasnt a stock bolt and the threads where to long....Everything went on really smooth and everything came off really fast. If youd like to stop by and take a look be my guest...I love it...and it drives nice and smooth too.
Thanks again Brian and Mike...
Now for the pics....

-
Glad to help, and glad to hear it's a good ride.
-
we measured, he's shorter by 1/2 an inch. with his rack included. Mohr was there to confirm
-
rich said it for me. and he's still running slicks.
-
looks very bad-ass!
-
looks good guys! I still can't believe the 33's look so small!
-
Looks good Rich! Wish i could have helped. Enjoy lakeview!
-
Nice try rod....Im taller now....without the roof rack...but yes you have lockers...
-
Sweet results Rich! Does that mean you are going to try to make the Lakeview run??? ::)
-
remember... IT'S NOT THE SIZE OF THE RIG; IT'S HOW YOU USE IT. Not the size of the boat, but the motion of the ocean, etc.....
-
Do you want axles for your Jeep?
* Ford 8.8 rear axle with 4.56's and Ford factory limited slip, Disc brakes, Driveshaft adapter, complete bolt-in unit.
* LP Dana 30 front axle w/ 4.56's and Lock-Right locker, 297 series axles, complete unit with brakes.
* Both with brackets to bolt into a ZJ.
$1000 for both.
-
