Sweet pics and vids! Some deep water out there... :-\
-
Now i know where i lost my front license plate! I notiece it wasn't on when i was putting street tires back on, the first realy deep crossing i powered through: you see it in the begining of the clip, but it's gone when i emerge!
-
looks like we have to go back and get it.. ;D wouldnt want to be tied to littering...
-
feel free to dive right in! anyone know how to get a replacement plate from the DMV?
-
I think I lost mine too. >:(
-
Nevermind. I can see from the first picture that I never had it on. It's probably in my garage somewhere.

You guys have some bad luck...Or loose bolts... ;D

Great pics and videos. I didn't think you guys were going this past weekend because of all the rain. I'm not a big fan of water that deep with my air inlet located right below my headlight. I may have to fabricate some type of snorkel for pretending my XJ is a sub.

XJ's are Subs.

The first pics on the album show your plate is on.

no loose bolts here, just the force of water pressing on a flat surface that is only "clipped" to the fairlead
