It just tells you which rancho shock will fit your vehicle, if you know some stuff about your vehile. For thoes of us who arn't modified too extream, we dont' need this, as we still have stock-type mounts and our lifts aren't extreme. for guys like Al w/ his geo, this is what he would need to pick the right one.

Why do you need a custom mount?

no need... want. if i mount the shocks tilted inboard i can get longer shocks thus more travel.

travel is limited by springs after longer shocks.

but righ now the limiting factor (in the front ;D) is the shocks
