So my sliders came in. Im going to be getting them powdercoated soon. Any suggestions? No black. Everyone does black.

one suggestin: dont! you will just scrapt off the expensive powdercoat. Rustolium primer/paint (several good coats) and keep some extra as touch up. Its what I do.

Ditto on the rattle can. look at mine, I rattled mine and now I need a touch up this spring. If you powder coat and it chips the depth level of the chip will be really noticable when you retouch.

go whatever, paint is cheap, so if you don't like it, its easy to change!

If/when I get off my butt for it, my axles are gonna be done with whats left in the empties from work. APWA red and APWA orange!

well i picked up a can of flourescent green engine paint and tested it on the headlight rings, and well, i think i have found the crazy color!! ;D

i am going green for my truck armor. like ninja tutle green. lol!! i cant find the exact color nomenclature.

u can get herculiner in all colors, would hold up better.

Honestly, nothing holds up against rocks. the $1/can paint from HD works just as well as the $4 stuff.

Well after cheking at both auto parts stores in groton, and the nxt, the only stuff i could find was the engine paint that had had any loud bright colors. i know its allitle on the highside, but, as everyone knows if its really, really what you want, you'll end up forkin out the dough. it dont bother me much. Hell its still cheaper than powdercoat.

my wife got so mad at me when i decided to powder coat my headers in the kitchen oven. it smelled for 6 months!!
