Hey yall. Well soon we will all get to help me put on a lift. That is right, I sold the torino and am buying a lift oh and tires and making a roof rack and a slip yoke eliminator thing. I just don't know when exactly, but with in the next three to four weeks.
Order for SAT 1st.
0900 Start Lift on Rebel Bull's Jeep
???? Spend the twenty min. and replace Reg's Wheel Bearings, or if we get a second lift open earlier, we can do it then.
???? Drop Pitman arm and engine mount for One Eye.

Famous last words.
-
are you gonna have the jeep pre-dissasembled? else you will want a cutting wheel for your spring bolts!
-
I'm there just let me know when you plan on doing it
-
It will be predisassymbled if I have time. If Not, the spring bolts were all taken off two months ago when we did Reg's lift, I got his old stock springs.
-
Hey, if you want a hand with predisassembly just give me a call. I usually spend my Friday nights drinking and watching the Craftsman Truck Race. I guess I can put that on hold to work on a Jeep. Besides, I have DVR! HAHAHA Anyway, I also have to install an engine lift on mine so maybe we can knock them both out. Not sure what your plans are so just shoot me a PM or something. I'm OUT!!!!

-
Thanks, and we tested the tow points, you can pick the jeep up by them. The riggers helped with the weight test.
-
thats awesome!! lets just hope we don't have to lift your jeep off the ground on the trail!
-
So what's the schedule going to be like this weekend? Have you received your lift and parts yet?
-
can we get a pic of that test?
-
no kidding that would be awesome.
how about manufacturing a few of those on just plate steel and make them a bolt on application?
-
DUDE!!! "RebelBull Fabrications" Scary thought hhuuu :o Nothin but love. Hey, in regards to the lift on Saturday. I will bring some "Ice Tea" or "Apple Juice" ;D ;D ;D
Oh yeah, I have some Medical crap to take care of at 1445 on Friday so I wont be home till like 1700 I would say. I'll give you a call to make sure you are still there working. I'm Out!!!
-
Rebel wanted me tell everyone that his lift came in today and it is a GO for Saturday morning, so see you there
-
I will definately be there still at 1700, I can't weld till after four and I still have a few welds to complete on the cargo rack, but the basket is done except for the expanded metal and attaching it to supports. By the Way, Hot Rod, You can buy the ones with plates to bolt on for around 10 dollars at TSC, I just chose to get the weld on because I didn't want to drill through my bumper, welding is easier. What you guys think of the Frame. By the way, will be doing predisassymbly tommorrow, probably like 1800 and starting sat morning about 0900.

So here it is. With now working lights, thanks to Reg. Oh and the rock sliders held up great this past weekend which is more than I can so for the rear springs, they are now in the shape of an s somewhat similar to hot rods old ones.

You should have Rough Country replace them! That's the first time you took it out!
