Yes, they will and they will allow you to open up the wheel wells quite a bit also. Here's an old picture of my CJ7 sitting on 35s with TJ flares.

I sold that CJ when Pfizer announced they were closing the site in Ann Arbor. I didn't know if I was going to have a job or not so I sold it along with my car hauler trailer and my 2006 Chevy 2500 Crewcab 4x4. I wanted to get rid of the debt, but the CJ7 wasn't a great daily driver with 35s and a spool in the rear so I bought something with cash from the sales as a daily driver. Looking back I wish I never would have sold that CJ. Here is a pic of it before I flopped it on its side and repainted it black. This is my son and I going through a hole at the Mounds Offroad Park. It had a nice 6 point cage tied to the frame and a locker in the front to go with the spool in the rear.

Yes.

I added a Pro Comp Soft 8 15x10 rim with 5 on 4.5 pattern, and 3.75" backspacing.  Unused, still in the box.  I paid $85 for it, and I'll take the same.

You won't get any extra spacing with them unless you trim the fenders. I've seen the TJ fenders on XJs that have the fenders trimmed and it does look really good. Fender trimming is another one of those things on my list for down the road.

found a few pics....... hm....... i will probably buy those off of you because my flare never went back on the right way after i had them put back on by that crappy body shop. btw those mounts, i kinda forgot to paint those and they're rusted... is it to late to paint them?

Just hit them with a wire brush and put some rustoleum primer on them. Rustoleum actually makes a primer specifically for rusted metal. I've used it a couple times and it works surprisingly well.

I had to put the stereo in my geo.  It's so loud on the highway that the stock radio wouldn't drown out the car noise.  I like brass monkey myself when i'm driving through the north end lol
