Hey guys!

My name is Chess, I'm a 27 year old IT guy out of New York, however I work in CT and my girlfriend lives there, so the majority of my time is in CT. I've been interested in vehicles since I was a kid but never had someone to teach me, so I've been learning myself as I go. I won Rookie of the Year in the Fairfield Country Sports Car Club for Autocross in 2018, but have never gone off roading until very recently.

I picked up a 2005 Toyota Tacoma 6MT 4x4 a few weeks ago, and have since put Falken Wildpeak AT3ws on to replace the All Seasons, and I have a small lift in the mail as we speak. I also plan on doing heavier skids, front armor, and a winch. Nothing insane, as it's still my daily. I also have a '93 Miata LE, '17 Focus ST, and a '13 GSXR-600 if anyone is interested in other vehicles.

I have done 1 'real' trail out at Cockaponset state forest, and a few rough county roads, but that's it. I am very interested in learning more, and I would love to give anyone a hand with wrenching if they need.

I look forward to meeting everyone!

Hey guy. Just wondering if anyone is wheeling next this weekend ?
Rock bottom 4x4 will be at Battlegrounds on rutland Mass. It's a great property. We have room for 3 or 4 guest rigs if anyone is intrested. $30 per rig for guest rigs.
Also, I was able to check out the new NEA property out near OFR it's called butcher block. It was a great time
I have heard that we are losing OFR to logging soon....so I'm dying to get back there ASAP.

Hi All!  Hope everyone is staying safe during these weird times.  My name is Jason and very excited to be a part of this and to meet everyone.  Brand new first time Jeep owner of a 2019 Rubicon off-road- 4.10:1 axle ratio, Dana 44 front and rear axles, electronically locking front and rear differentials, and an electronically disconnecting sway bar.  The engine is the Pentastar 3.6-liter V6. It makes 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, sent through either a 8-speed automatic transmission.

I am here to participate in as many functions as possible and to learn about my jeep, what equipment is needed to add on to it and hit the trails

Looking forward to chatting with everyone soon!

Hello everyone,
My name is Josh aka Ginger an I'm in Waterford.  I have known about JT4x4 being a local club for a long time. I think the first time I met some of the members was years ago at Ocean Beach car show.
I'm very active in a few NEA clubs and I'm treasurer of Rock Bottom 4x4. I dedinitley like that JT4x4 is a local club. It also seems like you guys wheel hard which is awesome.
I drive an 05 4runner "That Ginger bitch " set up for wheeling / expedition style rig locked , armored , 35s  it's pretty bad ass for a station wagon.
I also have an 85 CJ7 "half assed" that's all chopped up , locked on Scout 44s and 37s and pretty good at driving over stuff.
I look forward to meeting you all soon.
