Success!!! Huge thanks to Rock!! We got my front axles sleeved,, new synergy front tie rod on and new fox steering stabilizer on. All in all it went really  smooth. Some serious pounding with a 10 lb sledge hammer for about 25 minutes just on one side, but they eventually went all the way in. (these were the Nitro weldless bang in axle sleeves) Trust me, these things are never gonna move.

Thanks again Rock!!

Oh ya and I am now rolling on 37" MT/R's !!!!

This is what it looks like after they were installed.

And this is what the "special" tool I made looked like by the time we were done pounding on it!!

I used 1-1/4 pipe and 3/8 plate steel on either end!!

It started to mushroom at each end before it bent!!

That was some serious pounding to get them in all the way!!

Maby a bigger hammer was needed. Lol
Great job. Glad to say I was not there to help cuz my back would be a total wreck after swinging a hammer like that.

We broke the first 10lb sledge and luckily the second made it to the end!

John did most of the swinging I wonder how sore he was/is???
